Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Salt and pepper liberally.
  4. Cover with sliced onion and dot with butter.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
  6. Mix mayo, mustard, vermouth and Tabasco.
  7. Pour over fish and broil 2-3 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
  8. Sprinkle parsley over top of dish.
  9. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
