Baked Salmon Dijon

Passed on by a friend, one of our family's favorites. Cooking time depends on the thickness of your salmon fillet. And the timing is for a non-convection oven.
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (4 6 oz each)
salt & pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely-chopped macadamia nuts (or hazelnuts, or pecans)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Salt & pepper the fish.
3. Mix together the oil, mustard, & honey.
4. In another bowl combine the panko and nuts.
5. Brush the fish liberally with the honey-Dijon mixture and pat about 1/4 of the nut-crumb mixture on top of each fillet.
6. Place on a greased pan and bake for approximately 15 minutes. (Test the fish and if it flakes easily with a fork, then it is done.).
