Directions:

  1. Cook orzo in a large pot according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly oil a 1 1/2 quart oven proof casserole. Transfer orzo to a large mixing bowl and add, cream, oil.
  2. Feta and dill.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Seas on with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer orzo mixture to prepared casserole, sprinkle top with Kasseri, and bake until heated through, about 40 minutes.
