Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Break woody ends off asparagus, then break spears in half.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Whisk together all remaining ingredients.
  4. Heat skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Add lemon juice mixture to pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
  6. Add asparagus, toss to coat, and saute until crisp-tender, about 8-10 minutes, or to your liking.
  7. Serve warm.
