Ingredients:

  • 12 oz lite spam
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp water
  • ground cloves (optional)

Directions:

  1. Slice Spam into 8 slices and lay them out in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Combine the next four ingredients and then pour the sauce over the top of the slices evenly. Sprinkle with ground cloves.
  3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes and then serve.
