Baked Hamburgers---and no dishes to clean

Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 lb ground chuck
  • 2 -3 medium sweet potatoes or 2 -3 medium potatoes
  • 1 can corn

Directions:

  1. Lay out a piece of foil, sprayed with pam for each serving.
  2. Place a hamburger patty on each piece of foil.
  3. Add sliced potatoes,then green beans, then corn.
  4. Top with salt and pepper.
  5. Wrap up each packet.
  6. Cook at 400^ for one hour.
