Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with spice mixture, Greek Seasoning Mix.
  3. Mix together lemon juice and melted butter; pour over chicken.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour, basting, until done, depending on size of your chicken.
  5. Slice chicken into strips.
  6. Toss lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, feta cheese, black olives, and fresh spinach. Cover with the cooked chicken strips.
  7. Mix lemon juice and oil and pour over salad unless you use the creamy Greek dressing.
