  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Pour into a Pam sprayed 9x13 pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir.
  6. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with Fritos or any chips of your choice.
  8. ENJOY!
