Baked Broccoli And Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 package chopped broccoli
  • 1 package cauliflower
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 row of ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:

  1. Cook broccoli and cauliflower according to directions and drain.
  2. Melt butter and cheese together on low heat.
  3. Layer in a dish: the crackers, broccoli, cauliflower then cheese mixture.
  4. Repeat all of these again.
  5. Cover top of casserole with cracker crumbs.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
