Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350.
  2. Place broccoli in a 1 quart casserole.
  3. Slice eggs over broccoli.
  4. Dot with pimento.
  5. Blend cream cheese or flour with milk, stir constantly over low heat until smooth and thick.
  6. Add salt.
  7. Pour sauce over broccoli and eggs.
  8. Mix breadcrumbs with fat and sprinkle over broccoli and eggs.
  9. Bake about 30 minutes.
