Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the dry rub ingredients. Rub into the ribs, cover & refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Combine cooking stock ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Place the ribs in a baking pan and pour the stock all over.
  3. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 3 hours. Remove cover and continue baking until most of the liquid has evaporated.
