  1. Remove membrane from ribs.
  2. Drizzle with evo.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Pepper.
  5. Liquid smoke.
  6. Wrap in banana leaves.
  7. Marinate for 3-4 hours.
  8. Bake 350 in oven for 1 hour.
  9. Remove banana leaves place on grill 350 for another hour.
  10. Glaze with bbq sauce while grilling.
