Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix ground beef with ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, cayenne, 2 teaspoons salt, garlic salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into a rectangular loaf.
  3. Prepare a hot grill.
  4. Use a grill basket. Line the bottom with half of the bacon. Place meat mixture on top.
  5. Place sliced tomatoes on top of meat and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  6. Place sliced onions on top of tomatoes and season with remaining salt.
  7. Cover with remaining sliced bacon. Close grill basket.
  8. Grill, turning and moving basket frequently, for 30 minutes or until cooked through and meat loaf is set.
