Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a small skillet, cook green onions in butter until soft. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat eggs together with milk. Add in bacon, cheese, and green onions/butter.
  5. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture.
  6. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin cups (either sprayed with no-stick cooking spray or in paper baking cups). Fill cups about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake 25-27 minutes.
