Ingredients:

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Layer in casserole starting with bacon next potatoes then tomatoes season each layer and repeat
  2. Cover bake in 350 degree oven until potatoes are done 1 hour.
