Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl stir together all dressing ingredients.
  2. In large bowl layer 2 cups cabbage, 1 cup peas, 1/2 cup carrots, and 1/2 cup cucumber.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup dressing over salad.
  4. Repeat layer.
  5. Pour remaining dressing over salad.
  6. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons parsley.
