Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the meats, eggs, peppers, onion, spices, oatmeal and cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Put into a 9 x13 glass baking dish that's sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
  5. Mix the salsa, ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire in another bowl; this will be a glaze.
  6. After 30 minutes, remove the meatloaf and spread the glaze over the top.
  7. Bake the meatloaf and glaze for another 10-15 minutes, or until glaze is bubbling.
