Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat.
  2. Drain off grease.
  3. Stir in flour.
  4. Cook together 5 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes, chili, onion.
  6. Stew 5 minutes.
  7. Add water a few tablespoons at a time, for desired thickness.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Add potatoes.
  10. Slow cook till potatoes are done.
  11. Salt and pepper to taste.
  12. May be frozen.
  13. May also be cooked in crock pot (this is generally how I cook it)cook meat first, then add all remaining ingredients.
  14. Slow cook for 5 to 6 hours.
