Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:

  1. Prepare corn (drain if canned); beat eggs and milk. Add to corn. Combine corn mixture, sugar, butter, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in moderate (375o) oven until pudding is just set. If done, it will not giggle in the center when shook. Do not cook too long. It takes 35 to 45 minutes. (I usually double or triple recipe.)
