Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. In large bowl, combine milk, egg, catsup, mustard, pepper. Stir in bread crumbs and let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Add cooked ground ham and cooked ground pork, onion, parsley. Mix well.
  4. Bake 60 minutes with aluminum foil loosely on top.
  5. Cover with glaze(directions follow) and bake 15-25 minutes more.
  6. Glaze:.
  7. Drain pineapple, put juice from pineapple in small saucepan.
  8. Add butter and all ingredients.
  9. Bring to a boil, simmer uncovered five minutes
  10. Add pineapple chunks, if desired.
