  1. Whipped Mayonnaise
  2. 8 ounces package fat-free cream cheese
  3. 1 hard-boiled egg yolk
  4. 1 tablespoon mustard
  5. 1 tablespoon vinegar
  6. 1 chopped shallot
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. A handful chopped parsley
  9. Wisk hard-boiled egg yolk until smooth.
  10. Add cream cheese and other ingredients. Mix well. Slowly add the stiffly beaten egg white.
  11. Blend until smooth and airy.
