Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a food processor mix together the above ingredients (except the tomatoand onion) until they are blended and of the desired chunkiness.
  2. Adjust the seasonings with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
  3. Fold in the diced tomato and onion.
  4. Serve with your favourite crackers, bread toasts, nacho, tortilla or pita
  5. Chips or use to fill 3 to 4 dozen cherry tomatoes.
  6. Note : To cook asparagus: microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or steam for 3 to 5 minutes or roast for 15 minutes at 500F.
