Asparagus And Prosciutto Fries !

Ingredients:

  • 18 prosciutto or parma ham slices
  • for the crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of flour ( all purpose)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 1/2 cup of sesame ( not roasted)

Directions:

  1. 1. Prepare the asparagus (you know like, cut the bottom, remove the leaves, etc ...). Cut the slices of the meat in 2 vertically and roll them around the asparagus but stop before the heads.
  2. 2. In a bowl, beat the crap out of the eggs, add the milk, add some salt and pepper and mix well. Cover the part that has prosciutto with flour and dip them well in the mixture. Roll them in sesame. Let them rest for sometime !
  3. 3. Fry them at 350° until the sesame is gold.
  4. 4. Enjoy, comment, rate and subscribe !
