Asparagus and Brie Wrapped in Prosciutto

Ingredients:

  • 12 slices prosciutto
  • 12 slices brie cheese

Directions:

  1. Cut woody ends off asparagus.
  2. Lay prosciutto slices on a baking tray.
  3. Top prosciutto with asparagus and slices of brie.
  4. Wrap asparagus and brie up with slices of prosciutto
  5. Place in 180 degree oven until cheese starts to melt, then serve.
