Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut salmon into 2-3 inch wide pieces leaving the skin on.
  2. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a glass bowl, mixing until well blended.
  3. Place salmon in a sealable plastic bag and pour marinade on top.
  4. Seal the bag and marinate salmon pieces for 1 1/2-2 hours rotating every 30 minutes.
  5. Grill salmon at a medium temperatue with skin side up for 5-7 minutes or until the meat can be flaked apart.
