Ingredients:

  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 100 ml milk

Directions:

  1. Chop and deseed apple
  2. Peel ginger
  3. Place in a blender with yoghurt and milk
  4. Blend together and drink
  5. Healthy, nutritious, filling and low fat!
