Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup pita bread
  • 1/8 cup basic hummus
  • 1 -3 walnuts
  • 1 -2 cup carrot
  • 1 cup apple
  • 1/2 cup ginger

Directions:

  1. A. 1/2 Pita, whole wheat or plain.
  2. B. 1/8 – 1/4 C Basic Hummus.
  3. Celsius 1-3 t Walnuts, finely chopped,.
  4. D. Carrots – freshly shredded is best.
  5. E. Apple slices – thinly sliced, tart apples such as Pippin or Granny Smith.
  6. F. Ginger – sprinkle ground ginger or add minced fresh, to your taste.
