Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix the oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add the flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
  3. This will be a very stiff batter.
  4. Stir in the apples and nuts.
  5. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
