Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut it into small cubes.
  2. Peel the carrots and using the large holes on a box shredder or food processor, shred the carrots
  3. Mix in a bowl with the raisins and sour cream. Add salt and very little pepper.
