Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups ripe bananas (about 3)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Beat for 30 seconds.
  4. Bake about 1 hours.
  5. Enjoy!
