Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 1/4 cups ripe bananas (about 3)
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Beat for 30 seconds.
4. Bake about 1 hours.
