Ingredients:

  • amish country muffins
  • 5 cup. flour
  • 5 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. allspice
  • 15 oz. raisin bran
  • 3 cup. sugar

Directions:

  1. ============================================
  2. Mix above ingredients.
  3. ============================================
  4. Add: 1 c. oil
  5. 1 qt. buttermilk
  6. 2 tsp. vanilla
  7. Mix well.
  8. Oil muffin tins well and fill 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
  9. These freeze quite well.
