Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 1/2 cup. wesson oil
  • sift together
  • 1 1/2 cup, flour
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup. nuts

Directions:

  1. Mix:
  2. Sugar and oil
  3. Add:
  4. Dry ingredients
  5. Add:
  6. Carrots and eggs
  7. Beat well
  8. Add:
  9. Nuts
  10. Pour into well greased loaf pan
  11. Bake 350 degrees
