Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Mix together the flour, soda, salt and sugar. Add in the eggs, buttermilk and oil. Beat until smooth. Use 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake on 400 degree griddle.
