Directions:

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl;
  2. Make a well in center of mixture.
  3. Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients,
  4. Stirring just until moistened.
  5. Spoon into greased muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from pans immediately.
  8. Yield: 1 dozen.
