All-Purpose Vegan Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 8 oz pimentos, with liquid
  • 3/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients to blender and puree until very smooth (a good 5-6 mintues). Scrape down sides as you go.
  2. Add mixture to sauce pan over low to medium low heat.
  3. Wisk until thickened, about 15-20 minutes.
