Shockingly Good Vegan Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup white flour (i used half of that amount of cornstarch so that it would be gluten free)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Pour into pan and stir until boils and thickens.
  3. Take off heat and pour into noodles, over broccoli or potatoes, etc.
