Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In pan, bring sugar, milk and butter to boil and cook for 1 minute
  2. Remove from heat, add butterscotch chips, vanilla
  3. Mix well
  4. Ice cake, cookies or muffins
