Sunday Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. Combine potatoes, white sugar, milk, butter, eggs and vanilla.
  2. Pour into baking dish and top with the rest.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle on top of potatoes and bake at 375 until brown.
  4. Aproximately 20 minutes.
