Sweet Potatoes Supreme

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted )
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup rice krispies
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted )

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients (except for topping) and put in a casserole dish.
  2. Mix topping ingredients and pour over. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
  3. Note: This can be frozen and reheated, can be used for OAMC.
