Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of rice
  • 3 1/2 cups of water

Directions:

  1. Wash rice, drain
  2. Soak with water for 30 minutes
  3. You can use rice cooker, double boiler or a steamer
  4. The best way to cook rice is by steaming it with double boiler
  5. Cook for 30 minutes, it is very important not to open the lid after cooking, let the rice steam with the heat inside for 15 minutes
  6. Serve
