4-Cheese Broiled Tomato Slices

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients BUT the tomatoes.
  2. Cut each tomato into 4-5 slices so they are not thin. Spread each slice with 1 tbs of cheese mixture.
  3. Place on ungreased baking sheet and BROIL 3 inches from heat for 3-5 minutes or until cheese melts and is golden brown in color.
