Directions:

  1. Slice tomatoes horizontally, about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Place tomato slices on a foil covered broiler pan.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Top tomato slices with onion/egg mixture.
  5. Broil until bubbly and just begining to brown.
