Ingredients:

  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup green beans
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 150 g tofu

Directions:

  1. Sautee onion and celery
  2. Add spices
  3. Add mushrooms, tofu
  4. Add spinach
  5. Keep adding water to stop from sticking.
