1/2 onion
3 mushrooms
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup green beans
1/4 cup peas
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
2 tsp tomato paste
2 tsp maple syrup
150 g tofu
1/2 celery stalk
Directions:
1. sautee onion and celery
2. Add spices
3. Add mushrooms, tofu
4. Add spinach
5. Keep adding water to stop from sticking.
