Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in butter until golden.
  2. Mix cheese with zucchini and onion.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, Mix well.
  4. Pour into a 9-inch greased pie plate. (No crust needed!)
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes or until center is set.
  6. Serve with a salad for a light meal.
