Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
  2. In separate bowl, mix egg yolks, zucchini, flour, salt & pepper.
  3. Stir in egg whites.
  4. Cook and serve with maple syrup.
