Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grate zucchini.
  2. Chop onion, add to zucchini.
  3. Add beaten eggs, Bisquick, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper; mix well.
  4. Fry as pancakes on hot greased griddle or skillet.
  5. Serve as a side dish.
