Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together sugar and oil, add egg and vanilla. Beating well.Add zucchini and dry ingredients, mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 deree for 10-15 minutes till browned. Cool n drizlle with icing.

  3. Heat all ingredients in saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add powder sugar, Stir until smooth.
  4. Does not double well
  5. Freezes well
