Zippy Paste for Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup green onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 hot pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Blend into a paste.
  2. Add more flour if too thin.
  3. Rub all over your tenderloin!
